Assessment before treatment
Your first appointment begins with listening, health history and a clear understanding of what you want support with.
Approach
Treatment begins with understanding the person, not selecting from a menu. Each appointment is planned around presentation, comfort and a clear clinical reason for care.
Process
01
Your first appointment begins with listening, health history and a clear understanding of what you want support with.
02
Treatment is selected for your presentation, comfort level and goals rather than treated as a standard menu item.
03
Acupuncture may be supported by cupping, moxibustion or Chinese medicine consultation when appropriate.
04
You leave with practical guidance, what to notice after treatment and how follow-up care may be structured.
Therapies Used
Acupuncture remains the central treatment method. Cupping, moxibustion and Chinese medicine consultation are used selectively when they support the care plan.
Fine needles are placed at selected points to support pain, stress, sleep and recovery concerns.
Gentle suction may be used to support muscle tension, mobility and recovery when appropriate.
Gentle warmth from moxa may be used as part of a Chinese medicine treatment plan.
A consultation helps connect symptoms, history, routine and goals into a personalised care plan.

Aftercare
You are guided on what changes, sensations or responses may be useful to notice.
Aftercare is simple and practical, with rest, hydration or activity guidance when relevant.
Follow-up care is adjusted according to your response rather than assumed in advance.
